Preheat the smoker to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Before you begin cooking your pizza, you’ll need to preheat your smoker. Set the temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and allow the Pit Boss smoker to reach that temperature. Once it has, you’re ready to begin cooking your pizza.

Place the pizza on the smoker grate and close the lid.

Preheat your smoker to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place the pizza on the smoker grate and close the lid.

Smoke the pizza for 30 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Remove the pizza from the smoker and place it on a wire rack to cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Smoke the pizza for 15-20 minutes.

Preheat your smoker to 350°F. If you’re using a wood-fired smoker, build a hot coal bed and place your pizza stone on the grates to preheat.

Once your smoker is preheated, it’s time to prepare your pizza. Start by stretching or rolling out your dough on a lightly floured surface. Then, top your pizza with your favorite sauce and toppings.

Once your pizza is topped, carefully transfer it to the preheated Pizza Stone in the smoker. Close the door and smoke the pizza for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the pizza from the smoker and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!

Remove the pizza from the smoker and enjoy!

Now that your pizza is cooked, it’s time to remove it from the smoker and enjoy! Use a spatula or peel to transfer the pizza to a cutting board or plate. Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes so you can easily handle it. Cut the pizza into slices and serve.
